🔹 Pistachio Mix:
✔ ¾ cup roasted pistachios, roughly chopped
✔ ½ tsp sea salt (for enhanced flavor)

✔ 1 tbsp crushed pistachios (for topping)

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Pistachios
1️⃣ Lightly toast the pistachios in a dry pan over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2️⃣ Once fragrant, remove from heat and chop roughly. Mix with sea salt and cardamom powder. Set aside.
Step 2: Melt the Chocolate
1️⃣ In a double boiler, melt the dark and milk chocolate together over low heat. Stir gently until fully melted and smooth.
2️⃣ Add the cocoa butter and honey (if using) and mix until glossy and well combined.
Step 3: Mix and Pour the Chocolate
1️⃣ Remove the melted chocolate from heat and stir in the chopped pistachios.
2️⃣ Pour the mixture into a lined chocolate mold or a parchment-lined tray.
3️⃣ Tap the tray gently to remove air bubbles and spread evenly.
Step 4: Garnish and Set
1️⃣ Sprinkle crushed pistachios and edible gold flakes on top for a luxurious touch.
2️⃣ Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until the chocolate is completely set.
Step 5: Slice and Serve
1️⃣ Once firm, remove from the mold and cut into bars or squares.
2️⃣ Serve immediately or store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge.
