Wakame seaweed
Silken tofu
Green onions
Optional: mushrooms, carrots, miso varieties
Instructions
Heat dashi in a saucepan without boiling.
Add wakame and cubed tofu. Simmer gently.
Dissolve miso paste in a ladle with some broth, then stir it back in.
Add chopped green onions, stir, and serve hot.
Notes
Do not boil the miso once added to preserve the probiotics and flavor.
