Ingredients
Penne pasta
Ground beef
Garlic
Butter
Mozzarella
Cheddar cheese
Parmesan
Salt and pepper
Optional: parsley, red pepper flakes, milk
Instructions
Boil penne until al dente.
In a skillet, sauté garlic in butter.
Add and brown the ground beef, season well.
Combine pasta, garlic butter beef, and cheeses.
Stir until creamy and serve hot.
Notes
Add milk or pasta water to loosen the sauce.
Garnish with parsley or more cheese on top.
For a spicier version, add chili flakes during the sauté.
