✔ 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
✔ ½ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
✔ 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Pizza Dough
1️⃣ In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and instant yeast.
2️⃣ Gradually add warm water and olive oil, stirring until the dough starts to form.
3️⃣ Knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth. Cover and let it rest for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Step 2: Make the Alfredo Sauce
1️⃣ In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
2️⃣ Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2 minutes.
3️⃣ Stir in Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and nutmeg, whisking until smooth and thick. Remove from heat.
Step 3: Cook the Shrimp
1️⃣ Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2️⃣ Add shrimp, sprinkle with Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes, and cook for 2 minutes per side until pink. Set aside.
Step 4: Assemble the Pizza
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
2️⃣ Roll out the pizza dough onto a floured surface to your desired thickness.
3️⃣ Transfer dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
4️⃣ Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
5️⃣ Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, then evenly distribute the cooked shrimp on top.
Step 5: Bake & Serve
1️⃣ Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
2️⃣ Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley or basil, and let cool for 2 minutes before slicing.
