Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the Wings
- Pat wings dry with a paper towel—this is key for crispy skin!
- In a bowl, toss wings with baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to coat evenly.
2️⃣ Choose Your Cooking Method
🔥 Oven-Baked Method:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place a wire rack on top.
- Arrange wings in a single layer and bake for 45-50 minutes, flipping halfway through.
🌪️ Air-Fried Method:
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place wings in a single layer in the basket.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes, shaking halfway through.
🍳 Deep-Fried Method:
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
- Fry wings in batches for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

- In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
