Instructions

1️⃣ Prep the Wings

  • Pat wings dry with a paper towel—this is key for crispy skin!
  • In a bowl, toss wings with baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to coat evenly.

2️⃣ Choose Your Cooking Method

🔥 Oven-Baked Method:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place a wire rack on top.
  • Arrange wings in a single layer and bake for 45-50 minutes, flipping halfway through.

🌪️ Air-Fried Method:

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place wings in a single layer in the basket.
  • Cook for 20-25 minutes, shaking halfway through.

🍳 Deep-Fried Method:

  • Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
  • Fry wings in batches for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

3️⃣ Make the Honey Buffalo Sauce

  • In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
  • Stir in hot sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until smooth and slightly thickened.

4️⃣ Toss & Serve!

  • Place cooked wings in a large bowl.
  • Pour the warm honey buffalo sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
  • Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dip and enjoy! 😋

Notes

✅ For crispier wings: Chill them uncovered in the fridge for 30 minutes before baking.
✅ For extra spicy wings: Add ½ tsp cayenne pepper or extra hot sauce to the sauce.
✅ For extra sticky sauce: Simmer the sauce a bit longer to thicken.
✅ Storage: Keep leftover wings in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
✅ Reheating: Reheat in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes or in the air fryer for 5 minutes at 380°F (195°C).
